What you will do
You will work closely with our team to build end-to-end data driven products that solve complex real-word problems and drive business value for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Problem Discovery and Exploration: Lead the discovery of business pain points, the formulation the problem statement and the exploration of solutions feasibility.
- Collaboration: Work with the rest of the team and business stakeholders to integrate models and solution in production systems.
- Code Excellence: Develop high-quality, efficient, and reusable code for data science projects.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Drive innovation by continuously exploring and implementing the latest advancement in AI, machine learning and software development.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists contributing, at the same time, to the overall growth of the data science team.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, C++, or similar is considered a plus.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing. Experience in CI/CD pipelines considered a plus.
- Strong business acumen in translating business problems into technical solutions.
- Solid experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases. Big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) considered a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Professional proficiency in English.
