Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading data, measurement, and analytics teams focused on marketing and advertising domains.
- 6 years of experience with people leadership/management in a scaled capacity.
- Experience with core advertising measurement methodologies (e.g., Mix Media Modeling, Incrementality, and Attribution).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading an organization from vision to strategy to execution in the measurement/ads ecosystem.
- Experience working through complex matrixed environments to advance customer needs across product and sales.
- Broad knowledge of search, social, mobile, display, video, audio, and local advertising spaces.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and partnership skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all sizes of audiences.

Our Data, Measurement and Analytics team partners closely with many of the world’s largest advertisers in our Consumer, Government, and Entertainment (CG&E) sector. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video, and display to help them connect their investment to business value.
In this role, you will have a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as content consumption, privacy, and AI are changing the ways we work, and the way businesses will adapt to great growth. You will shape how new and existing businesses grow, and provide excellent customer service, research, and market analysis. You'll anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key customers and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you will set the vision and strategy for how their advertising can drive impact for businesses. You'll accelerate customer success via customer-specific analysis and insights. Your deep understanding of measurement/attribution techniques will enable you to deliver insights to customers. You will develop measurement and attribution customer use cases for your sector, working collaboratively across the sector and beyond. You will manage a team of talented Data, Measurement and Analytical specialists on delivering excellence in their core domains.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $250,000-$359,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create the Data Measurement and Analytics strategic vision and plan and ensure the plan is executed effectively. Be an advocate for the needs of Consumer, Government, and Entertainment Sector clients and its sellers to Product, Go to Market, Technical and Professional Services, and other teams to ensure needs are known and met.
- Challenge the industry to advance the evolution of measurement anchored on true business value.
- Coach team leaders on best practices in advanced methodologies to provide exceptional measurement to customers. Collaborate with regional and global teams to increase adoption of measurement methodologies.
- Ensure that contributions from the Data, Measurement and Analytics team are solving customers' critical business challenges.
- Ensure consistent hiring, training, and calibration of data, measurement, and analytic specialists including fostering DEI efforts.
