Job Description:

 

The Business Intelligence Senior Data Analyst position within the Growth Intelligence team, and broader Growth Strategies team, offers a great opportunity to be part of a growing team and be a valued business advisor delivering strategic insights to the firm’s business units.  As a senior analyst on the Business Intelligence team you will be responsible for providing data insights surrounding our clients and markets to enable strategic growth decision making. 

Participation of additional special projects within Growth Strategies and Growth Intelligence.  Examples include cross-functional firm-wide initiatives, revenue growth initiatives, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and management of Growth Strategies PowerBI workspaces and applications

  • Development, delivery and maintenance of PowerBI reporting and dashboards

  • Delivery and maintenance of Power Automate workflows

  • Leverage analysis to inform firm leaders of key metrics, trends, and insights including revenue reporting, revenue forecasting, opportunity and pipeline analysis

  • Participate as a member of an Agile/SCRUM team

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with team to implement ideas

  • Explore and implement new analytics technologies, such as advanced Alteryx Workflows, Python Web Scraping, and additional opportunities

  • Manage multiple ongoing projects via clear communication and collaboration

  • Proactively communicate delays and status updates for deliverables to stakeholders

  • Report to the Senior Manager of Growth Intelligence BI

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics.

  • Experience with PowerBI or related visualization products. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, finance, accounting, business, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communications skills (all forms).

  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Query, Alteryx, Python, R, or Data Bricks a plus.

  • Experience working with marketing data such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn or third party data providers such as D&B, ZoomInfo, or Pitchbook a plus.    

  • Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for change.
