As a Senior Data Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our recipe data, helping us deliver the freshest, most delicious offerings to our customers. In this exciting position based at our Global Offices in vibrant Austin, Texas, you’ll be the guardian of our recipe data flow, ensuring that every detail is spot on and delivered on time. You’ll manage data entry for our US and Canadian product teams, supporting seasonal and holiday programming while collaborating with a variety of partners. Your insights and attention to detail will help us continuously improve our operations and elevate the Whole Foods experience.

This role is located at our office in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry Mastery: Accurately input data for multiple regions into our hosting systems, adhering to maintenance schedules and policies.
  • Prioritization Pro: Triage requests and manage tasks effectively to meet our service level agreements.
  • SharePoint Savvy: Maintain and update our SharePoint site, keeping our team organized and informed.
  • Data Integrity Champion: Identify and correct inconsistencies in data to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Project Leadership: Own projects and delegate tasks, driving initiatives to completion with a collaborative spirit.
  • Problem Solver: Work closely with team members and partners to understand challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch support to our business partners, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction.
  • Engagement in Team Meetings: Actively participate in meetings and contribute to special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a technical aptitude for data management.
  • Strong analytical skills to comprehend and interpret item and category data.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information with organization and precision.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude, ready to embrace change and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with recipe and nutrition software is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with peers and partners.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, data operations, purchasing, or retail grocery.
  • Knowledge of hosting and downstream systems is highly desirable.
