Who you are:

You are ready to turn data into powerful insights and have a passion for uncovering trends and transforming numbers into actionable strategies. You are eager to take the lead in managing our business’s data strategy. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and their impact on our channel partners and their customers, driving informed decision-making and growth for our .CA business.

What you’ll do:

• Drive data excellence by implementing and refining best practices for data reporting and accessibility, empowering our growth initiatives with clear, actionable insights.
• Generate comprehensive campaign performance reports that not only identify trends but also provide actionable feedback to optimize our strategies.
• Create and maintain a proactive backlog of activities that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring we stay focused on what matters most.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and effectively present data insights to management and executives, influencing key business decisions.
• Assess the effectiveness of our brand spending using various techniques, including media mix models and third-party reporting systems, to measure and maximize ROI.
• Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to maintain a robust analytics framework, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the data and insights they need.
• Champion a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of data across the company, helping teams leverage tools, insights, and processes that enhance our performance.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an analytics role, demonstrating your ability to turn data into insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages, showcasing your technical prowess.
• A track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining a laser focus on delivering results.
• Experience in B2B or channel-based environments, with a proven history of developing insights that lead to successful growth strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and machine learning applications/platforms is a definite plus.
