About us:

Spring & Bond is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers create robust, omnichannel media strategies for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumer audiences. We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to help us build and scale our business intelligence practice through advanced analytics, insights, and attribution modeling.  We are looking for someone with hands-on-keyboard experience crafting analyses that answer client’s key business questions. This position will be client facing, with the opportunity to speak to ongoing deliverables and work with cross-functional teams. You will get to use a new set of data partners to seamlessly integrate data flowing from partners into Tableau dashboards and ultimately reports.

Our Business Intelligence team works with large sets of media exposure-level data, associating performance of media efforts with the clinical activities happening after our media is in market.  With our team, you’ll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create meaningful, measurable impact.

You’ll work closely with members of the entire Spring & Bond team to dig into client questions and needs, and then dig into data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.  Beyond just using data you’ll help decide on the development of algorithms and systems.  You’ll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers and strategies to help everyone make informed decisions.  Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

Join our team as we use data science to help our clients excel in the rapidly changing media technology and privacy space.
