We’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Technical Support department. As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications. You’ll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day.   

Required Qualifications

• Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• You’re a final-year college student enrolled in an accredited program, graduating no later than Feb 2026.
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English – both written and verbal.
• Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
• You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
• You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, SAS is preferred.  
• Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows, UNIX, or Linux. General understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux is required.
