The Role


Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Length: 12 months

Estimated Start: January, 2025

On-site: Menlo Park


Brainrider is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our client-embedded team. As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of marketing initiative, leveraging your expertise in marketing tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Splash, Zoom, Knak, and Highpoint and your exceptional project management expertise. You will collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing campaigns, and the achievement of business outcomes.



What you'll do

  • Work with stakeholders on large cross functional growth marketing projects
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of marketing technology tools, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Splash, Zoom, Knak, Highspot et al, to develop and execute marketing campaigns, reports, webinars, landing pages, capacity planning, & operations project management
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop project timelines and resource allocation plans, and track project progress to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Create, manage, and execute marketing webinars, as well as follow-up reports for multiple stakeholders
  • Build out emails for defined marketing campaigns
  • Develop landing pages through internal Content Management System tool
  • Generate reports for completed campaigns and initiatives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, engineering, legal, and compliance to align project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management, analytics, and marketing technologies

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or related field preferred. PMP, Agile, and Salesforce certification are a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical project management role within a marketing or digital environment
  • Proficiency in databases, data manipulation tools (SQL, Python, R, etc), and data visualization software (Tableau etc). Knowledge of building SQL queries for database related searches is a huge plus
  • Exposure and knowledge of AMP script is an added advantage
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Knak, Splash, Zoom, Highspot, et al, is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in simultaneously managing complex cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders across large organizations
  • History of driving marketing projects from conception, execution, and completion successfully
  • Demonstrated deep experience, and understanding of lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, data analysis, reporting (campaigns level), and databases a huge advantage
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for granular detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a highly collaborative, fast paced ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex information for both technical, and business audiences
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with cross-functional teams within a broad organization to contribute to the success of current, and future projects, strategic decision making, capacity planning, and operations
