Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Reporting directly to the Sr Manager, Client Relationship Management of Fleet Services as a Data Analyst II, this role develops and provides data assessment, management and reporting solutions to support peers and partners in the analysis and resolution of business questions. Applies software best practices for content development, data structuring, troubleshooting calculations and user-friendly access and usability. Works with users and user groups on roadmap construction and reporting. Supports organizational efforts to solve problems and inform decision-making through innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise.
Job and Responsibilities:
- Provides Data Analysis services for assigned products, business or other organizational areas.
- Works with assigned business partners to:
- Understand business objectives and priorities.
- Understand key challenges and issues.
- Understand data requirements.
- Prioritize tasks, agree on data sources, research methods and expected deliverables.
- Meet established timelines.
- Analyzes current and historical performance, performs variance analyses of key metrics and identifies trends.
- Fulfills report / analyses requests by applying accepted metrics, methods and tools to analyze identified data sets.
- Creates and distributes both routine and ad-hoc rep reports. Trouble shoots issues with standard reports and works with clients on reporting difficulties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field.
- Must be willing to undergo a background, motor vehicle report check, and drug screen after offer of employment has been made.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
