Role reports to: Sr.Mgr.DP Strategy & IBP Excellence

Location: Mumbai, India

 

What you will do

The EMEA Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the EMEA region within the Supply Chain Excellence team. The primary focus will be on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), accounting for 70% of your responsibilities, with the remaining 30% dedicated to continuous improvement within the department.

 

Key Responsibilities

Demand Consolidation and IBP cycle (70%)

·    Demand Consolidation: Assist in the coordination and consolidation of demand forecasts within the EMEA region. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data to support the IBP cycle.

·    Analytics: Utilize analytical methodologies and leverage collaboration with business stakeholders to provide deep insights into demand trends, forecast accuracy, and business performance.

·    IBP Cycle Support: Actively participate in the IBP cycle by providing data-driven insights, supporting scenario planning, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between demand and supply.

Advance Ways of Working with Automation, Visualization, and Analytics (30%)

·     Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual workload.

·    Visualization: Create intuitive and interactive reports that enable users to access and easily understand complex data sets. Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar to present data in a clear and impactful manner.

·    Analytics Innovation: Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and technologies to support data-driven decision-making.

·    Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

·    3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a related analytical role.

·    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

·    Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, R, Python).

·    Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

 

Desired Qualifications

·    Master’s degree in a relevant field.

·    Experience with IBP/S&OP processes and tools is preferred.

·    Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

·    Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and methodologies.

·    Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
