Job Overview

We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers with AI expertise who value moving quickly, and can help innovate and coherently drive product initiatives across organizations. 

As the Director of AI Products and Solutions, you will play a key consultative role, working closely with portfolio companies to accelerate their adoption of AI technologies. You will lead workshops, help shape AI strategies, and identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration. This role requires a unique combination of hands-on experience in AI product development, a strategic consulting mindset, and a passion for transforming business workflows. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with portfolio companies to assess current workflows, processes, and market dynamics to identify high-priority opportunities for AI adoption. 
• Develop and execute tailored AI strategies that align with each company’s business goals and operational needs. 
• Design and facilitate AI strategy workshops to educate stakeholders and create actionable plans for AI integration. 
• Work closely with portfolio company teams to oversee implementation of AI use cases that deliver measurable business value. 
• Provide guidance on best practices for AI product development, ensuring solutions are scalable, ethical, and aligned with business outcomes. 
• Support the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes, guiding teams through the experimentation phase to a successful AI product launch. 
• Stay current on AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices, providing thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a specific focus on AI products in the software industry. 
• A Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably including hands-on software development experience. 
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions.
• Ability to understand complex workflows and design AI solutions that deliver efficiency and value. 
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders across all levels. 
• Strong strategic mindset with a passion for driving tangible business outcomes through AI adoption.
