What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a digital-first, full-service marketing and communications group that works with simplicity and speed at scale.

Occupy a unique position in the market, where you will develop and implement advanced analytical models for projects such as sentiment analysis, clustering, and market basket analysis to derive actionable insights from data. 

  • Conduct time series analysis to identify trends and patterns, providing forecasts that inform business strategy.
  • Utilize audience expansion techniques, including lookalike modeling, to enhance customer targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and product managers, to integrate analytical findings into data pipelines and product features.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports, translating complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science methodologies, tools, and technologies.

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, focusing on predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and algorithms, including regression analysis, clustering, and classification techniques.
  • Desired experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ...) to effectively communicate insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
