Job Description

You will be a vital part of our Back Office – Physical Contract Operations team, supporting our activities in the UK market. 

  • With the ongoing success in the UK market and the growing importance of renewable energies, our business is poised for an exciting future filled with challenging opportunities. As we continue to expand, we are committed to contributing to the transition towards sustainable energy solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders. This includes preparing and distributing monthly account statement reports, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
  • assist in the preparation, creation, and verification of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Provide active support for daily operations in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, handling ad-hoc analyses, queries, and assisting in resolving issues as needed.
  • Play a key role in identifying and implementing improvements in invoicing and accounting processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document and optimize the processes related to Contract Operations, ensuring all procedures are up-to-date and efficient.
  • Prepare regular key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal teams, external partners, and relevant authorities, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Handle master data maintenance, perform corrections, monitor data quality, and participate in data cleanup efforts.

Qualifications

  • Advanced studies in economics ideally with a focus on finance / accounting and data science or engineering or comparable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel (experienced level VBA, macro's)
  • Some experience in Python scripts, SAP, SQL and Outlook would be advantage
  • Solution-oriented and independent working style • Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to data analysis
  • Fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, reliable team player
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Digital Collaboration tools (e.g. Office 365, MS Teams, MS Flow, PBI)
