We push for breakthroughs in connectivity and their impact on people worldwide.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Aviation Product Management team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. This is a 9 month internship in which you will gain hands-on experience contributing to projects revolving around the deployment of inflight connectivity projects using multi-orbit satellite constellations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform analysis on large datasets to make recommendations and provide meaningful insights for the SES Aero team

Create presentations to communicate insightful analyses findings and recommendations to support, influence, and challenge business decisions to internal and external stakeholders

Conduct analytical, operational, or performance studies in order to develop products and solutions for the Aero inflight connectivity segment

Collaborate with cross functional teams within SES
YOUR PROFILE:
- Current enrollment in a related BS or Master's degree, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc.(Minimum GPA 3.0)
- Must be fluent in Python; experience using the Numpy, Matplotlib, and pandas libraries are a plus
- Strong skills with MS PowerPoint slide design; ability to add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that effectively communicate findings and capture the audience’s attention
- Proficient in using MS Excel (using VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH functions as well as performing data manipulation tasks)
- Acumen for details with sharp analytical skills, and self-motivated in taking initiatives and learning
- Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team
- Strong interest in solving complex problems
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., internal, external, technical, non-technical, etc.)
