As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading teams to develop solutions and produce associated designs to enable the successful delivery of projects.  

 The impact you'll make:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the development team
• Design the overall architecture of web applications
• Ensure scalable code base and solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

What you'll bring to us:

• +3 years of experience as a Technical Leader.
• +5 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Extensive experience with Elasticsearch, including building out local installations as well as cloud-managed solutions
• Proficiency in managing Elasticsearch clusters, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own time, meet deadlines and deliver high quality results
