We have a fantastic new opportunity for a DevOps/SRE Engineer to revolutionise Digital Experience Analytics!
Our SaaS platform provides deep user experience analytics for our enterprise clients, 30% of whom are part of the Fortune 100! We utilise state of the art insights and Machine Learning to enable automatic recommendations and unique improvement suggestions to increase engagement, brand growth and revenue.
We've received more than $800 Million in funding and have expanded globally, targeting a hyper-growth with close to 1,500 hires benchmarked in the coming years!
We are now building a brand new development team in Amsterdam! 
This is a phenomenal opportunity to work on systems of non-trivial scale and complexity and have real scope for growth as you'll be part of our technical decisions as one of the first engineers in the team in Amsterdam.

Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Python, Go, AWS, Azure and more!
At the heart of it, we're looking for talented Engineers from versatile backgrounds who are interested in learning new languages and tools.

Responsibilities
We are looking for talented people who are confident working across different aspectsof development and are looking to step up into the next stage of their career.
We have roles in our:
Cloud Foundation Team: working on observability, monitoring, logging, networking and more.Cloud Services Team: working on containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure, automation tools and more.Cloud Product Team: supporting our data and application teams and working on data streams with Kafka and our infrastructure.
Regardless of the team, our engineers have the freedom and flexibility to move between different projects. What's consistent throughout is the main challenges are on data volume, scalability issues and performance issues.
Some of the things you'd be working on include:
• Ensuring other R&D teams use Infrastructure as defined by the IaC• Ensuring all metrics and logs are available to allow the building and relevant monitoring of dashboards by other members of the R&D• Supervise big, cross R&D projects to improve the velocity, quality and cost of our platform• Bridging the gap between developers and operations by closely working with other R&D teams on their projects• Work with developers in supporting new features, services, software releases and troubleshoot problems• Choosing the best hosting options to fit the best current needs and embrace our long-term business vision and impact the business through technology and new ideas• Drive core-edge technologies at scale• You will also develop skills on technologies such as: Elasticsearch, Kafka, ClickHouse, Hadoop/Spark, CDNs, DNS, Load Balancers, Monitoring, Logs, etc.
