The Opportunity…
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial technical activity in the production and provisioning of robust data for stakeholders to drive business activities, insight and decisions.
You will operate across the Onboarding and Billing department, providing data for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The role will require you to lead on developing data provisioning improvements to current reporting, integrating new systems/processes seamlessly into the existing business operations.

What you’ll be doing
Analyst responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the accurate, timely and high-quality publication of management insights for the Core Services Operational Leadership team.
• Define key performance indicators and ensure proactive monitoring.
• Evaluate data and processes to identify strategic areas for improvement in business operations, policies, processes & controls and support the investment cases for new initiatives.
• Seek new automation opportunities for reporting or other repetitive tasks across the business. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable self-service.
• Validate and oversee the delivery of operational and/or financial analytical activities, providing recommendations to assist with strategic management decisions.
Senior Analyst responsibilities will be as above, plus:
• Collaborate with technology and operational teams to develop and transform our future performance reporting capabilities.
• Lead the development, review & testing of analyses and models to capture audit requirements, business performance, forecast future outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Use advanced analytics to better predict and analyse risk for both the organisation and its customers to manage cost and carbon.
• Use innovative AI/ML methods to suggest recommended next best actions with increased intelligence.
• Provide guidance, support and mentoring for other Analysts within the team, assisting them to deliver work to agreed timescales at a high quality.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with experience and proven delivery in managing data in a highly regulated environment. You’ll have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the whole organisation with strong influencing skills.
You will be highly organised, able to handle multiple workstreams with conflicting deadlines in a pressurised environment and championing data quality, control and governance.
If you have a creative talent for developing engaging dashboards using visualisation software such as Tableau/Power BI, or pulling data models and reports using SQL/Python/Alteryx then we’d love to hear from you!
