This is a great opportunity to join us as a “Financial Data Analyst” in our Shared Services Office from Bucharest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Data Analyst Activities:

  • Responsible for extracting from AZURE monthly data regarding sales, customers, part numbers and profitability which is then organized, and formatted and reconciled to OneStream Data and then loaded into the Power BI dashboard
  • Ensure accuracy of the data and troubleshoot errors regarding the Power BI solution
  • Support implementation of new BI solutions (Cost per Unit, Bill of Materials) and as well improvements of current BI tool
  • Provide the sales team with detailed profitability by program on a monthly basis using the Power BI model
  • Support ad-hoc business request for data analysis and data consolidation from Power BI
  • Continuous improvement of daily processes

 

Pricing Activities (plants related):

  • Create credit notes/debit notes by request according to tasks in the system or requests via email
  • Update prices for materials according to POs or requests via email
  • Create retro billing when needed after price update
  • Create ad hoc reports on prices, billing or other historical data available in ERPs
  • Perform prices reconciliation when needed and help Credit & Collection team to correct and clear the customer accounts

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Action orientation and perseverance
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with senior management (previous exposure to multicultural & complex matrix environments is a plus)
  • Knowledge in SAP/QAD
  • Knowledge in AZURE and OneStream preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI preferred
  • Work experience would be an advantage

 

EDUCATION:

Minimum/Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar is preferred;
