Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Possess a strong understanding of the specific business functions they support 
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture detailed data requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for data migration
• Conduct data discovery sessions to assess and identify data quality issues and potential risks.
• Define and implement data quality standards aligned with business objectives
• Oversee data profiling and analysis activities
• Define data migration scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead the development of data mapping specifications
• Lead the planning and execution of data migration projects
• Coordinate test cycles of migrated data, Analyze test results and manage issue resolution
• Oversee data cleansing and enrichment activities from a functional perspective
• Manage issue resolution and data remediation processes
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates and reports to clients
• Manage expectations and communicate risks effectively
