Summary:
Anaconda is seeking a talented Strategic Partner Manager to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic partnerships to achieve renewal and growth targets.
- Identify, build, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders; negotiate agreements and oversee partnership strategies.
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives, focusing on collaborative solution development.
- Drive cross-functional teams (GTM, product integration, development, events, and marketing) to ensure seamless partnership execution.
- Prospect for new opportunities and expand existing partnerships, managing agreements, revenue targets, negotiations, and contracts.
- Communicate with product and engineering teams to address partner needs, feedback, and challenges.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of partnership deliverables, ensuring high performance and strong ROI.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance and outcomes.
What You Need:
- 10+ years of experience with major Cloud, Hyperscaler, or Data providers.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Consistent history of closing enterprise-level partnerships or deals worth $1M+.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML/Data Science market.
- Familiarity with software licensing agreements, terms, and conditions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
