Job Description

YOU...

  • work directly with science and engineering teams to develop systems that enable provably correct AI reasoning with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • build a system that automatically generates annotated data using an existing reasoning engine (such as an AI planner, simulator, or proof planner)
  • manage large-scale data annotations and automate pre- and post-processing pipelines, including overseeing data lake management in S3 and handling compute resources
  • develop pipelines for training and fine-tuning LLMs using annotated data
  • build a flexible experimental test harness capable of running experiments across multiple domains with minimal adaptation 
  • actively participate in scrum development within an international team across Berlin, Boston and Seattle

Qualifications

YOU...

  • have a Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • have strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, SageMaker ecosystem)
  • have proven experience in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL skills
  • have hands-on experience with Cloud Storage and Computing technologies
  • have experience training and deploying deep learning and machine learning models
  • haver elevant experience in Analytics and Data Engineering (DE), with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
  • have the ability to independently lead end-to-end insight projects, including formulating the right questions, managing complex datasets, iterating on findings, and providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to engineering teams
  • are highly proficient in English; German is a plus
