Academic data and quality assurance manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Collect and re-elaborate academic data and student survey results into a user-friendly format, facilitating interpretation, analysis, and use internally, especially by faculty.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected.

  • Support the monitoring of study programs and student services.

  • Enhance a Quality culture within the University, emphasizing the importance of a data

  • Supported internal quality assurance system for successful accreditation and reaccreditation.

  • Prepare comprehensive academic data reports for relevant internal and external stakeholders, including external accreditation experts.

  • Support data collection, compile data, and create reports for rankings, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various sources.

  • Use data visualization tools to support quality assurance - related academic decision-making processes.

  • Support and maintain databases for academic data and student survey results.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Design, distribute and prepare data regarding student surveys.

  • Support faculty and administrative departments in interpreting survey results and implementing improvements.

  • Develop and optimize evaluation processes, methods and instruments.

Your profile:

  • A relevant, completed professional degree program

  • Experience in the use of quantitative methods, statistical surveys, reasoned selection of variables,

    and critical analysis and interpretation of data

  • Experience using survey instruments and commercially available survey software

  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical tools such as SPSS, R, and Excel, and in other Microsoft Office programs

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in work, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
