This 3-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing AI solutions through real-world projects under the mentorship of our experienced team. Throughout the program, you'll receive technical guidance to enhance your skills and practical knowledge. Successful completion may lead to a paid internship opportunity.

About Us:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning(NLP) Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and API development. You will work closely with our product teams to integrate these models into production systems, ensuring scalability and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape innovative machine learning solutions and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, with a focus on NLP applications such as text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and named entity recognition.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs, particularly using FastAPI, to deploy NLP models for real-time or batch processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and workflows, ensuring effective integration of machine learning models into production systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, and engineering on large text datasets, preparing data for modeling.
• Optimize model performance through tuning, testing, and continuous evaluation in production environments.
• Develop robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and transformation for applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in machine learning techniques and tools, integrating state-of-the-art methods into project workflows where relevant.
• Document workflows, model architectures, and API endpoints for clear, accessible knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models, with a strong understanding of NLP libraries and frameworks.
• Proficiency in API development, especially using FastAPI or similar frameworks, with a focus on creating scalable, production-ready endpoints.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to software development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker for deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools to automate model deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of RESTful API principles and best practices for API security and performance.
