About the team

Stripe’s GTM Planning & Central Operations team partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Local Sales Strategy and Operations, Legal driving operational excellence to support our Global GTM strategy. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem solving. We transform, improve and support global Stripe business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional business priorities for the sales planning cycle.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize keep GTM challenges around customer attributes and data to target prospect customers
  • Partner with Data Engineering and GTM Systems to solve, prioritize and program manage key data initiatives around data processes, systems and architecture
  • Support planning timeline on data quality as a precursor to territories and targets
  • Manage data scrubs through scaled vendors, when required
  • Communicate and elevate data excellence roadmap to leadership teams. Provide regular reports and presentations to sales leadership and other stakeholders, communicating the analysis of sales data and recommending actions to drive sales growth
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data, and identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Identify and prioritize policy gaps to improve data
  • Change management based on insights and Key Performance Indicators
  • Oversee enablement of Regional operations and Sales teams to ensure data is used and collected in the desired manner

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • Has 11+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking or management consulting or private equity or venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles.
  • Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Has experience working with data and large data sets to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders 
  • Has an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
  • 6+ years experience with Sales Policy development, Sales Governance, Sales Process compliance or Sales Compensation

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of Planning Tools (Anaplan) and Methodologies
