Be at the forefront of development

In the audiological solutions group, we are at the forefront of hearing aid development. We contribute to many steps of the development chain, for example, through development and maturation of novel audio algorithms, product integration and optimization of new features, assistingin the implementation of product testing at all levels, all while maintaining our existing portfolio of audiological features. This group is responsible for innovating and designing all the audiological solutions for our hearing aid products. Within this group, you will join a highly skilled and experienced scrum team working in close collaboration with other teams within the SAFe framework.

Competences we are looking for

• Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling: Comprehensive understanding and experience in ML/AI, statistical foundations, and probabilistic modeling.
• Model Training & Improvement: Experience in training and improving ML/AI models, especially in audio processing, and customizing models for resource-constrained environments.
• Software & DSP Skills: Basic DSP skills, experience with beamforming, noise suppression, and anti-feedback. Solid software design and programming skills, also for embedded systems
• Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch (Lightning) , JAX, Git, Linux, and MATLAB. Good documentation and testing practices are essential.
• Collaborative workstyle balancing individual tasks and teamwork in a trusting and open collaboration in English
