Program Analyst II

Job Characteristics: The primary focus of this position is to work with Supply Chain business partners and internal customers to gather technical and business requirements. Highly capable to understand Supply Chain business requirements and design and deliver solutions through Dashboards, Automation, Custom Applications or refine existing solutions. Develop custom data models and complex algorithms to apply to Operations / Supply Chain data sets. Capable of independently leading the projects and also to provide guidance to other project leaders. Independently handling projects for the team. Responsible to recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees. Addresses challenges of the team and be the point of contact for escalation for stakeholders and managers. Independently leading projects for the team. Ensures delivered solutions are realized in committed time frame. B.Tech/BE or advanced degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Data Science. Functional Supply Chain Exposure to multiple domains. Expert knowledge in MS office application, expert level visualized storytelling capability with good knowledge in Power BI. Functional understanding of Operations Management, Operations Research and Statistics for Data Science in Supply Chain. Good hold in Hadoop and data management skills. Expert knowledge of Analytics Open source software, like Python, etc. Strong Project management Experience / PMP certification. Good to have Supply Chain Certifications. Total experience 7+ years, Minimum 3+ Years of professional experience in people management in Supply Chain Analytics & data driven field.
