Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly-growing company.  You will  play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within Anaconda. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and allocate resources required for project execution.
  • Define project milestones and success criteria.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track project expenses, resource utilization, and budgetary constraints.
  • Generate regular status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.


What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience 3 years as a technical program manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
