Who are we looking for?

The individual will be part of the EMEA Chief Administrative Office Shared Service (EMEA CAO) in Poland.  The main task is to execute Resiliency related reporting that will be developed for key business services: e.g. Fund Accounting, Settlements, Payments, Custody.  This will serve as an early warning indicator of our ability to absorb the impacts of potential disruptions to key business services.

Your new role

The main goal of the role is to execute Resiliency related reporting for key business services. This serves as an early warning indicator of our ability to absorb the impacts of potential disruptions to key business services. In turn, this drives recommendations to improve our operational resiliency and reduce related risks.


As Senior Data Analyst - Operational Resiliency, Senior Associate you will:

  • Prepare and review of data related to Resiliency MI dashboards

  • Conduct detailed text analysis to classify, sort, and extract information from available materials to identify patterns, relationships and other actionable knowledge

  • Work with reporting tools to enhance the processing of information

  • Improve reporting efficiency

  • Take followup actions arising from committee meetings

  • Maintain respective action logs and charters

  • Perform or effectively accommodate relevant ad-hoc analysis

  • Provide support for Resiliency related processes and projects

  • Communicate and present data to stakeholders in a professional manner

What we value


Experience and qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience (preferably related to Management Information, Data Analytics or reporting in a financial regulated organisation)

  • Experience of reporting, with good presentation skills (Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Analytical skills: the candidate should be able to take a step back from the available data and look holistically at the factors impacting any service delivery with the ability to “connect the dots” and form an articulated resiliency opinion

  • Advanced command of English language (B2)

  • Self-Motivation with positive way of thinking

  • An interest in process optimisation and improvements is desirable

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
