Technical Program Manager - Digital Humans

Lifelike Avatars powered by AI that can learn, reason, and interact with people, are no longer science fiction. NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to join the Digital Human Technology team! You will play a key role in the coordination and management of technology-driven projects that bring AI avatars to life, with a focus on data for research, product development, and Digital Human showcases.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be at the intersection of research and development, helping to coordinate and manage the collection and augmentation of data, including 3D, 4D, motion capture, audio, and more

• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and collaboration while ensuring technical goals are aligned

• Oversee budgets, engage with vendors, and facilitate contract negotiations

• Develop project timelines, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects remain on schedule

• Communicate and report on project status, challenges, and key insights

• Collaborate with teams to facilitate the management and execution of Digital Human showcases

What we need to see:

• Demonstrated proficiency and aptitude for managing technical projects

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment

• Strong time-management skills, well organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion for driving innovative projects to success

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of the latest trends around LLMs and Generative AI

• Familiarity with Motion Capture and 4D data a plus

• Experience working on 3D digital human projects

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
