The ride of your life:

We are looking for a world-class senior analyst to become part of our international Fintech team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? Are you looking for a challenging experience in the fast and rapidly changing environment helping to build products that will disrupt the on-demand market? Do you want to accelerate your career in one of Europe’s best tech talent-houses? If your answer is YES and you are eager to join a strongly data-driven and results-focused team we are looking forward to meeting you!

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Identify revenue and growth opportunities to increase our customer base and foster its conversion, retention, ordering frequency, and profitability, based on exploiting existing Fintech levers like digital payments, or fraud.
  • Drive digitization by obtaining data-driven insights that will influence decisions and shape one of Glovo’s strategic problem spaces to report to high management and the C-suite.
  • Partake end-to-end—from conception until launch—in the go-to-market strategy of new Fintech tools to better serve our growth and digitization needs. Develop strategies to further boost adoption and usage after launch, implement them and be the owner of their generated impact.
  • Own and contribute to international projects impacting our more than 20+ markets across Europe, Asia and Africa.
  • Lead, co-lead, and collaborate on various strategic projects, pilots, and experiments, working closely with other Fintech, Growth and International stakeholders.
  • Drive clarity and solve ambiguity in some of Glovo’s most complex topics by using data-driven approaches, communicating and simplifying concepts according to the audience's needs.
  • Be a core member inside Fintech’s new team, influence its strategy and priorities from the get-go, and grow consonantly to the expansion of our department.

You have:

  • 3+ years of work experience in consulting, fintech or a leading tech company/start-up in analytical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Business, Stats or a related STEM Quantitative field.
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
  • Good stakeholder-management skills, and experience leading projects.
  • Experience leading analyses and turning insights into actions.
  • SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python.
  • Fundamental understanding of ML and base statistics.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools
  • Proficiency in English

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.
