At a time of considerable technical growth and change, we are looking to grow our Oracle Cloud Support team with the addition of an Oracle Data Lead who enjoys leading on innovative solutions to business challenges, whilst also share knowledge and skills with other colleagues and also eager to learn and progress their career.

This position will be at the forefront of introducing continual improvements to the Council’s key business systems to achieve efficiencies and improve user experience. 

The Person

You will be at the leading edge of innovation, coordinating data management strategies and initiatives to enable senior managers to make better informed business decisions. You will be the key contact between internal teams and external support partners, regularly presenting options to stakeholders.

You will lead on a range of tasks including data management and analysis and taking advantage of innovations in the sphere of data analytics and information systems. You will coordinate activities for a highly focused and successful support team.

The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent customer service skills, with the capability and confidence to work on your own initiative as well as knowledge share and work effectively in a high performing team environment.

We value building experience and responsibility and you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and on new projects and will benefit from mentorship, guidance and support.
