Support deployment of Corporate Supply Chain Systems, Primary Responsibility for Oracle Supplier Data Management, Operational Support to Indirect Program, and Helpdesk Operations

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Oracle Supplier Data Management
•Administer supplier research and set-up in Oracle.
•Work closely with Dun & Bradstreet on supplier research and mapping activities.
•Work with the Systems Team and Business Units in executing projects and tasks.
•Take ownership and responsibility for projects, tasks, and deliverables.
•Update established process documentation for changes to supplier management activities.
 

Helpdesk Operations
•Provide first level of support on Corporate Supply Chain Systems Tools by assisting with Helpdesk support as needed for operational coverage.
•Maintain high degree of customer service.
•Take ownership of user queries and be proactive when dealing with user issues
•Escalate complex inquiries to System Admin or 3rd party support.

 For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain related course
  • Solid grasp of Oracle ERP, preference given for procurement/sourcing application experience
  • At least 1 year customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Business Analyst role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-developed problem-solving and solve ability.
  • Above average analytical skills
  • Experience in understanding and interpreting requirements specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good data management skills
  • Good team player, flexible, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and fast learner
  • A solid team player and able to work with people from various levels of the organization

  • Supply Chain/Procurement knowledge is an advantage
