Data Analyst

The Finance team is in the search for a Data Analyst who will harness the power of tools like SQL and Power BI to derive actionable insights. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise in analysing complex datasets, process automation and data system enhancements.

In this role, the candidate will collaborate with various business units to gain deep understanding of their needs and processes and develop practical, effective solutions to address their specific challenges.

Education and experience required:

• 3 to 6 years of related experience
• National Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent degree

Technical Skill Required:

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, Data science or Data Engineer
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Azure and Python
• Proficiency in data visualization tools e.g. PowerBI
• Expertise in data models, data warehousing, data mining and data modelling
• Working with large datasets and moving of files between different environments
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
• Process automation and monitoring.
• Analyse trends within the business data to reduce risks and optimise performance
• Experience in migration process.
• Data profiling
• Data Cleansing
• Use statistical techniques to create models.
• prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Experience with the delivery of high-priority projects and activities, under pressurized conditions.
