Main task: Supporting data-driven solutions and insight-based decision-making in OTP Group in CEE

OTP Group’s strategic aim is to continuously improve data-driven decision-making cross its international member banks, applying business intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and customer experience in the CEE region.

To support this goal, we are looking for an International Data Analyst Junior Expert to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.

Description of tasks:

• Analyze and interpret retail and small enterprise data across OTP Group’s international member banks to support insight-based decision making
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accurate and reliable data analysis
• Prepare group-level and individual analyses, using data to uncover trends and make actionable recommendations for business improvements
• Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends
• Preparing presentations for the management based on the findings and recommendations
• Support and participate in advanced analytics projects in Group Member Banks
• Applying tools and techniques essential for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong spoken and written English, CEE language is an advantage but not a requirement
• Familiarity with Excel is required, experience with Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus, but willingness to learn them also suffices
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data and problem-solving
• Interest in developing skills in Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
• Able to translate data into meaningful insights
• Flexibility to travel and work abroad partially
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome as well
