Position Summary

  • Join our Global Operations Command Centre in a pivotal role that drives the development and delivery of analytics and insights to support Global Supply Chain strategies and decision-making process.
  • With the use of creative analytic tools, models and in-depth data analytics experience, this position will provide a fact based/objective point of view and recommendations based on insights generated from analysis. It will also comprise of the structured generation of reports for KPIs, scorecards and ad hoc analysis to support the continuous improvement of supply chain operations

Principal Responsibilities

  • Build Command Centre Capabilities: Deliver impactful reports using industry best practices and latest developments in analytical technology
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine reporting accuracy and understanding
  • Data Visualization:  Leverage data visualization and other analytical tools to drive reporting, transparency and reach
  • Develop Scalable Data Assets:  Build dashboards, data models and workflows to unlock reliable and high velocity decision support
  • Data Integrity: Collaborate with IT and BI teams to ensure timely, valid and accurate data for reports and automation efforts
  • Data Centre Understanding:  Have a deep understanding of the Data Centre delivery cycle and underlying information, to support leadership and various stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions and continuous improvements
  • Performance Analysis: Assess business fundamentals, operational performance and relative benchmarking positions to recommend actionable improvements
  • Clear Communication:  Summarize and convey data analysis assumptions and results effectively

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • Advanced Data manipulation skills and experience with data analytic tools such as Python, R, Power Query, Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data structuring required
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
  • Experience in supply chain analytics or demand sensing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a business partnering mindset
  • Experience with SAP and AI is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting objectives are required
  • Inquisitive by nature with a natural drive to constantly improve and validate work
  • Lead by example, participate and assist with projects. Able to work with project leadership in a cooperative manner
  • Communicates to make process improvements or complete projects
  • Ability to function independently, understanding criticality of business function impacts to other processes
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
  • Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and directly, both verbally and in writing, to a widely varied audience

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 10% Approx
