Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Product Operations Manager to  join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategically identify and implement scalable changes to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance quality in product development, delivery, and support processes across the organization.
• Lead and influence high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle, including advanced planning, scoping, risk analysis, and comprehensive progress tracking.
• Continuously refine product operations processes to adapt to changing business needs, technology advancements, and customer feedback, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, while monitoring progress and implementing mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, identify and analyze risks, and manage them effectively, raising prioritization decisions and identifying alternate options as needed.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across various departments, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and coordination to drive and support successful product outcomes..
• Lead the development, standardization, and ongoing improvement of product documentation and training resources, ensuring accessible, well-maintained materials for relevant stakeholders and efficiently managing the product portfolio of initiatives.

What You Need:

• Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence
• Skilled at collaborating with and influencing multiple teams, with the ability to effectively manage a portfolio of complex products.
• Proven adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects.
• Demonstrated autonomy in initiating and leading new tasks and driving them forward with minimal guidance.
