Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Analst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and excited to apply their skills in solving complex problems. You will work alongside experienced data scientists and analysts to extract insights from data, build models, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Azure Databricks for data analysis, processing, and transformation to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and areas for further investigation, contributing to feature engineering as needed.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance data visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights to support decision-making across departments.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to understand objectives, gather requirements, and create insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Support the design of data models to track KPIs, customer trends, and operational metrics, enhancing business performance monitoring.
  • Partner with senior analysts and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Document analytical processes and effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences for clarity and alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in data analysis using Python and SQL.
  • Experience or familiarity with Azure Databricks and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Streamlit).
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and basic data science concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a keen understanding of how data impacts business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
  • Strong drive, energy, initiative, and collaborative spirit.
