Your role:
As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful internal communications across PwC Belgium:
You will help develop and implement internal communication strategies, bringing forward innovative ideas to drive maximum impact.
You will create and maintain a comprehensive overview of communication plans, managing deadlines, ensuring content is delivered on time and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders.
You will craft effective internal communication assets tailored for channels such as email, intranet, digital signage, social media and more, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
You will optimise internal communication flows, ensuring that all employees are kept well-informed and aligned with organisational goals.
You will manage the main internal communication channels (intranet, digital signage, mailings, etc.), ensuring that these tools are optimised to deliver impactful messages in the most relevant way.
About you:
Writing skills (English): You have excellent written and oral communication and editing skills, specifically in English. You are able to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to different internal stakeholders, with a strong command of English being essential. You know how to craft a compelling storyline and create consistent messaging to effectively engage your audience.
You ask the right questions, aren’t afraid to challenge, and put yourself in employees' shoes to ensure communications are relevant, impactful and aligned with the company’s goals and their needs.
Project management: You have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work and are accustomed to using collaboration tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration skills: You can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve communication goals and communicate clearly, inspiring others along the way.
Digital proficiency: You are a digital native, with proficiency in digital communication being essential. You are keen to learn and adopt new communication tools and strategies.
Tech-powered: You are enthusiastic about new technologies and are always open to new ways of working.
Data-literacy: You are comfortable using analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns. You make data-informed decisions, understanding the growing importance of data-driven approaches in internal communications.
Critical thinking, curiosity and a proactive approach to learning: You continuously seek to develop your knowledge, skills, and adaptability in an ever-evolving environment.
Technical skills:
Experience with CMS platforms – particularly for managing intranets
Familiarity with digital signage solutions
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Proven experience using Generative AI tools for text and image creation
Competence with analytics tools – understanding metrics for engagement and reach
Understanding of email marketing platforms – for crafting and analysing internal newsletters and communications
Experience with basic HTML/CSS – helpful for customising intranet pages or digital signage
