For our ambitious and fast-growing Logistics Analytics team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Logistics People Analytics Intern from January 2025 for 5 - 6 months. 

During this internship, you will be providing detailed insights into our logistics operations, our supply chain flow, and our business performance to enable data-driven decision making, giving you the chance to really develop yourself. You will be learning from and collaborating with members of the Logistics Analytics team on a project basis, working on initiatives such as evaluating the effectiveness of our current driver pool within logistics. This is a unique opportunity to learn and gain experience in a growing business that is leading the way in the food industry.

🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

• You will be a valued team member of the Logistics Analytics team and will work closely with the team lead and team members
• You will have the opportunity to own some projects independently depending on your skill level and readiness, mainly centered around people analytics within logistics.
• You will help to translate the Logistics team’s topics & questions into meaningful analytics
• Your dynamic work will span across creating ad-hoc business performance insights, visualizing and disclosing data, and gathering relevant logistics and people related insights.
• You will use various querying/programming languages (SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau) to access and manipulate the data needed.

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

• You are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant HBO/WO program, for example Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Enthusiasm for making data ‘speak’ and a strong motivation for HelloFresh are key!
• You speak fluent English
• You are comfortable working with data, with experience or understanding of SQL
• You can analyze and visualize it using Excel/Gsheet or Tableau
• Some working knowledge of Python is nice but not required
• You don’t shy away from a challenge and are proactive at solving problems
• Although we have some planned projects, some projects maybe subject toad-hoc changes, therefore flexibility, organizational skills, and initiative are important
• You will use your communication skills to relay information to various (internal) stakeholders
• Enjoy working in teams to get the most out of your projects - you have proven to be a great collaborator during previous internships and/or extracurricular activities. Lastly, you leave a mark on projects you work on and take ownership to get things done.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate thesis projects for this internship.
