Job Description

We seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead an end-to-end healthcare transformation project, utilizing cutting-edge data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques. You will leverage AI, cloud platforms, and advanced data tools to design and implement solutions that optimize healthcare processes and elevate digital experiences.
Project Overview:
This project centers around developing advanced healthcare analytics and
optimization platform powered by machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
The platform will deliver actionable insights by integrating predictive modeling, data
mining, and client collaboration to enhance decision-making and improve healthcare
outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to enhance healthcare and digital experiences.
  • Develop innovative approaches to problem-solving through data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
  • Identify and source new data sets, ensuring data integrity to improve models and fill existing gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients to translate their needs into actionable analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Present and communicate findings effectively to business partners and clients, both verbally and through visualizations.
  • Monitor and track model performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement of methods and algorithms.
  • Uphold ethical standards in the development and application of AI technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning (ML) systems, including the full lifecycle from prototyping to production.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics and ML modeling, utilizing traditional and deep learning methods in either industry or academia.
  • 5+ years of experience in Python programming and data-related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Expertise in AI platforms such as Azure AI Studio (preferred), Google Cloud AI Platform, AWS SageMaker, IBM Watson Studio, and Databricks Unified Analytics Platform.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning fundamentals, with the ability to apply these skills to solve real-world problems.
  • MS degree in computer science, applied mathematics, (bio)statistics, applied statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and requirements into effective technical solutions.
