YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Analyst to join our Sales team, taking ownership of the global sales pipeline strategy. This role will be instrumental in optimizing the sales funnel, streamlining processes, enhancing our lead generation stack, and ensuring all information in Salesforce is up-to-date.

THE JOURNEY

  • Pipeline Management: Use analytical skills to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of pipeline data, identifying gaps and proposing improvements globally.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret lead data to provide actionable insights that enhance lead generation strategies, improve lead quality, and boost conversion rates.
  • Lead Scoring Development: Create and refine machine learning lead scoring models to prioritize leads for the sales team. Utilize data analysis to identify trends in lead behavior and optimize segmentation strategies.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead management, including lead source effectiveness, conversion rates, and sales funnel performance.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lead management workflows, improve data accuracy, and ensure efficient handoffs between marketing and sales.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain data integrity within Glovo's CRM systems (Salesforce). Identify and resolve data quality issues to support accurate lead tracking and reporting.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and strategies. Use results to inform future initiatives and optimize performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with local and regional commercial teams, as well as Delivery Hero, to establish and enable effective product setups, monitor performance, and provide visibility into key metrics and KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • 3 years of work experience, outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role, preferably with 2 years in Sales Operations.
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with analytics/ds libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
