SAP Master Data Governance(MDG) Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assessment of business and application requirements
• Driving the development of functional and system specifications as it relates to the management of master data in complex ecosystems
• Conducting fit/gap analysis and business process modelling
• Configuring the software to business requirements
• Developing and executing tests to confirm the functionality
• Maintaining necessary documentation
• Actively performing knowledge transfer to clients
• Communicating in a team environment with clients and colleagues
• Providing support for deployment and sustainment as necessary

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5-7 years SAP implementation experience – ideally 3 full project lifecycles with key focus on master data management, creation, maintenance and distribution using the SAP MDG functionality
• Solid understanding of master data relationship and integration between key SAP modules
• Experience in complex master data standardization and integration within the SAP solution part of a complex ecosystem.
• Experience in service industry where financial modules, service requests and equipment records functions are implemented
• Experience on large and longer term projects will be an asset
• Availability for travel
