Summary
The Data Analyst in System Components is responsible for the creation and management of product master information on the Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This position resides within the Master planning workstream and assists in key planning and procurement processes for System Components.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds strong relationships and facilitates communication between internal stakeholders such as PMO, IT/Data Governance, Sales and Marketing teams ensuring well-rounded data standards
- Maintains supplier communications for trade agreement pricing
- Builds and maintains sound relationships with vendors and manage new pricing updates
- Assists in vendor performance audit and ensures accurate pricing, lead time and coverage group assignments
- Creates and maintain PO Trade Agreements for both purchase and list pricing updates
- Drive data hygiene through data governance, change management, data ownership and quality assurance protocols
- Assists in developing strategy and executing operating efforts to translate data assets into company competitive advantages
- Assess, analyze, document and process requests for change implementations related to released product data
- Troubleshoot and resolve any product content issues that arise
- Responsible for creating new released products
- Maintains PN request template(s) and proper Site allocation assignments to ensure procurement consistency
- Reviews and approves requests for released product updates and ensures accuracy of all data/product attributes and checklists per industry standards
- Assists in the movement of maintaining and implementing supplier catalogues into our systems (i.e. d365/customer list and online price book platforms)
- Maintains promotional fields throughout product lifecycle
- Maintains updated product item masters for all suppliers including quarterly audits working directly with key (data) stakeholders from supplier chain
- Assists in creating weekly/monthly/quarterly inventory audit reports and addresses inconsistencies in product master/coverage group data
- Assists in managing planned order outputs and order firming processes

- Proficiency in Excel/Power Bi
- Experience working in Dynamics 365 F&O (is a plus)
- Ability to develop good data fluency over multiple key workstreams
- Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and supply chain procedures
- Able to review and analyze inventory levels/trends and monitor safety stock adjustments
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or related field
- 5 + years' experience in Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Distribution
