What You Will Do 

The position is responsible for:

·    Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions.

·    This role requires a proactive individual who can lead a BI practice, work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality BI solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

·    Leadership & Strategy

·    Lead and own complete BI solution for entire domain

·    Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

·    Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

·    BI Development & Implementation

·    Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reports.

·    Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and BI solutions.

·    Collaborate with IT to maintain data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.

·    Stakeholder Management

·    Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

·    Present findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

·    Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.

·    Data Analysis & Reporting

·    Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

·    Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

·    Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports.

·    Continuous Improvement

·    Stay current with BI tools, technologies, and best practices.

·    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance BI capabilities. Train and support end-users to maximize the value of BI tools and data.

Qualifications

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

·    Minimum of 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.

·    Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or similar programming languages and experience with ETL processes.

·    Proven experience in leading and managing a BI team.

·    Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and data warehousing concepts.

·    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·    Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

·    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Desired Qualifications

·    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) is a plus.
