In the Role

As a Commercial Manager supporting the LATAM Market you will play a pivotal part in the growth team's success in scaling our prospective customer base, finding promising market needs, improving our customer acquisition funnel, and increasing the number of active students in our programs.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase the profitability of the B2B segment.
  • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities in the LATAM market, targeting companies that seek to maximize the ROI of their employee training programs.
  • Close sales, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collaborate on the design and content development of the training platform and textbook to ensure offerings meet market needs.
  • Create tailored e-learning strategies for clients across various sectors, addressing common challenges such as limited time, budget constraints, quality of training, and high employee turnover.
  • Prepare budgets, quotations, and proposals, and provide timely follow-up to potential clients.
  • Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Use tools such as Slack and HubSpot for communication and CRM to track sales performance and client interactions.
  • Lead efforts to meet monthly sales targets, prioritize objectives, and ensure efficient execution of the sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the corporate market, with a focus on selling SaaS products or training solutions in the technology sector or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to sell technology-related training courses and understand key industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Slack and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
