Consultant - Data and Analytics

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience in data management, data integration, designing and automating
• ETL processes and visualization 
• Adept in working with large and complex datasets, using SQL and/or Alteryx
• Experience in Data modelling and Dashboard Development (specifically Power BI)
• Well versed in writing stored procedures, DAX queries.
• Experience with Azure capabilities including Synapse.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities 

• Lead and Execute data projects and collect, consolidate, analyze data effectively from multiple data sources
• Provide insights from large datasets to multiple business stakeholders with fast changing data needs
• Articulate findings through visually appealing / appropriate frameworks and in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct business English (both written and verbal)
• Ensure effective presentation of client deliverables – prepare client ready presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand
• Independently handle multiple projects, with minimal supervision from superiors
• Work collaboratively with onshore KPMG teams in the development of and delivery of presentations and key findings
• Maintain appropriate version trail or governance for the processes

Education / professional qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in client service delivery at a leading consulting / strategy firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business engineering (preferably CS)
• SQL , Power BI , Power Apps, Alteryx, Power Automate, Microsoft Suite

Certifications

• DP-900 Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
• Alteryx Foundation Micro Credential & Core
• PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
