Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Research Leader in AI Computing Architecture to spearhead our initiatives in optimizing and innovating computing frameworks that facilitate powerful AI operations. This role involves leading a team of experts in designing next-generation computing architectures, with a particular focus on scalability, efficiency, and advanced AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong leadership background, technical expertise, and a strategic outlook to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development projects aimed at creating state-of-the-art computing architectures for AI applications.
• Define and direct the research agenda to align with strategic business goals and technological advancements.
• Manage and mentor a team of researchers and engineers, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders across the company to integrate AI computing architecture initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in AI and computing architecture.
• Develop partnerships with academic institutions and other research entities to enhance knowledge exchange and technical development.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of computing architectures for deployment in various AI scenarios.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events, showcasing our leadership in AI computing architecture.

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computing architectures or AI.
• 10+ years of experience in research and development within the field of computing architecture, including substantial experience in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with AI technologies, particularly in the areas of machine learning and deep learning.
• Proven track record of innovative solutions in computing architecture and successful project leadership.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and/or patents in relevant fields.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and direct a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hardware acceleration technologies, such as GPUs, TPUs, or custom ASICs.
• Previous collaboration with industry leaders and technology providers in the AI space.
