Project Management

Defines the scope, objectives, and measures of projects in conjunction with Total Rewards Leadership. Creates, maintains, and takes ownership of Total Rewards project plans and coordinates multiple projects at various stages of development. Establishes, documents, and monitors comprehensive project plans and timelines, which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete projects. Designs and implements a comprehensive Total Rewards Project Dashboard to reflect all project work underway within Total Rewards. Partners with project task owners to ensure project schedule is comprehensive and relevant. Manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, escalates issues, and ensures contingency plans are in place for all Total Rewards projects. Follows up on project timelines and tasks as needed. Communicates project status to leadership. Reviews the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that work produced meets project standards. Creates a communication schedule to update project stakeholders and change management process throughout the organization.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

Creates an environment of continuous performance improvement within Total Rewards to optimize employee engagement. Develops and implements processes and improvement initiatives centered on best practice standards, feedback reporting, customer service, policies, and procedures. Develops and monitors data trends, providing analytical and trending reports for Total Rewards leadership that provide insight about the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes. Identifies areas for opportunity in metrics and drives success in employee experience by addressing areas of concern. Develops and communicates performance improvement recommendations to Total Rewards leadership. Develops standardized tools and processes that enable greater efficiency across the Total Rewards Strategy. Leverages the ERP system and other capabilities to design efficient and effective workflows to conduct specific tasks required in the various total rewards delivery processes. Collaborates with HRIS, IT, and Payroll and other relevant stakeholders as needed.

    CORE QUALIFICATIONS                                                                                                        

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

    Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
