Your key responsibilities are:

• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather their data governance requirements, to understand their data, their data needs and business context

• Work on the data quality strategy and roadmap

• Improve the DQ of WB Lending via our Use case approach; meaning deepdive into our critical data flows and optimize in cooperation with our main stakeholders; risk, modelling, finance

• Set requirements for data quality, data lineage and other relevant aspects for business terms and data assets

• Guide and coach others in the field of data management, such as data stewards in the business domains, and encourages the organization to become ‘data minded’

• Define and report on indicators of performance and quality metrics

• Strong understanding of technology (IT architecture, programming languages and applications knowledge)

You have a proven track record and technical skills in:

• University degree in economics, finance, data management or any related topics

• A minimum 5-10 + years of experience

• Proven experience or strong affinity with the ING Agile Way of Working.

• Proven experience in strategic projects with high impact.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill
