About the Role:
Are you an analytical thinker with a knack for econometrics, statistical modelling, and data-driven problem-solving? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Analytics team, enhancing our internal processes and supporting Euromonitor’s Forecast Model. This role is instrumental in refining analytics processes and code, with an opportunity to contribute to consulting projects for some of the world’s leading brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Applying econometric modelling techniques to deliver bespoke solutions for internal processes and client projects
  • Developing new code and enhancing existing codebases to streamline analytics processes
  • Participating in peer reviews and collaborative sessions to identify the best analytical solutions
  • Managing client interactions and project timelines, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery
  • Presenting model results in an intuitive, impactful way to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Documenting each project and promoting best practices across the team

How You’ll Be Doing It:

  • Using R, Python and SQL to automate and optimise data analysis tasks
  • Following best practices, including documentation, linting, and test-driven development, to ensure code quality
  • Working with cloud computing services (Azure, GCP, etc.) and data pipelines to support scalable solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with advancements in econometrics, analytics, and cloud technology to keep us at the cutting edge

Salary €39,000 - €42,000 Dependant on experience.
